Be Well WWU!

A group of people celebrating in WWU Red Square behind confetti tossed in the air

Being a healthy college student means having confidence and energy to live each day to its fullest.

At Western, we believe students who are actively encouraged and supported in their efforts to be well are better able to achieve their personal and academic goals. In Counseling, Health, and Wellness, we support personal and community well-being through our programs, services, and resources. We invite you to visit our individual departmental sites by clicking on the links below, and we encourage you to reach out to us. We are here for you!

Wellness is practiced throughout Western’s campus, not just within our departments. For resources and information on how you can practice wellness at Western, please visit Be Well WWU and learn more about Western's commitment to being a health-promoting university with the adoption of the Okanagan Charter.
